This recipe can be lower points AND better. Why is there sugar in the crust at all? Unnecessary. Unless you like a super sweet pie, you dont need the sugar in the apples either, just use flavorful pie apples, such as jonathan, macintosh. Granny smith are sour, so dont use those IF you like sweet pie. The flour and Water in the apples are also unneccessary. For crumble, use brown sugar and add spice there.
