These are terrific for a low-point sweet treat. I make a double recipe and freeze half for a later time. I wrap it in plastic wrap in a log-shape and freeze. Just put in the refrigerator to thaw before baking, unwrap, slice, and bake. Easy to make.
I added just a little more salt, so now they have a sea salt caramel flavor. Love these cookies!
