I had two different cookie swaps to attend for this holiday season and I was worried about eating too many of my own cookies while I was baking. This recipe was fantastic. One point per cookie where each cookie (though thin/smallish) really packed a nice caramelly flavor. In order to spruce up a specifically WW friendly recipe, I added my own "apple butter glaze" for another 1 point each (let me know if you want that recipe). Together it made a "caramel apple cookie. Delicious!
