Excellent, but I made a number of changes. I made it a warm salad, so I heated up the shrimp. I used asparagus instead of green beans and three colors of peppers. Also, I added sesame oil and a bit of ginger to the dressing. Reduced the amount of lemon juice by a tablepoon when I added a tbsp. of sesame oil.
I cut the recipe in half for two people except for the dressing which I made in full but used a little over half.
It was really delicious. I'd make it again.
