Tried this for lunch today. Made recipe exactly as written. (Did not use the capers, used the dill). Absolutely satisfying lunch! Delicious!! Will definitely make this again.
Fast and easy when you use frozen cooked shrimp (it defrosts in 5 minutes under cold running water). Absoloutely delicious!
This little salad was delightful and packs a punch...i felt full with the 3/4 cup serving i gave myself. I got the goodness of the seeds and did the switch to capers instead of dill. Loooooove. is all i have to say and super simple. :) Will definately be using this one again.
