This is an amazing redux of the more common olive-oil pesto. I add a lot more cheese and use a bit less broth.
It is only 2 pts per 1/4 cup. Used vege broth, more garlic no salt. Freezing into cubes now. Quite yummy!
Amazing Pesto sauce! Just make sure to simmer and cook a little bit before putting on anything.
Decrease the amount of broth you use to make it thicker.
