not awful but not great, either. I did a batch for the freezer and will probably eat through it, but..one of these days, going to spare some points for some nice, greasy "real" pesto
We love this recipe, it is so light but still perfect for pasta!
Really good pesto, and pretty easy to make. Each serving gives a good amount of sauce, also.
Too chicken broth flavored. I tried only using 1/4 cup, but then it was too dry. I wouldn't waste your fresh basil in this...
