Made this pesto as the recipe instructed and the consistency was much too watery. Refrigerated it overnight and amazingly it thickened to perfection. Worth the wait, just make it for next day use and you don't have to change a thing.
excellent pesto recipe !! I took the reccomendation of another reviewer and only add 1/4 cup of broth & it comes out perfectly
SO good! I actually use vegetable broth instead, and it give the recipe a great texture.
