This is one of my favorite WW recipes. I never cared for the oily version nearly as much.
This is a solid and delicious alternative to regular, high-fat pesto. As it is only 2 pts per 1/4 cup, you can splurge a little with this and not break your daily points.
This is so delicious! I enjoy it as much if not more then a regular pesto. BUT, it is healthy!!!!!! Thanks to who ever developed this recipe. Rating, I'd give it a 10!!!!!!!
Made this pesto as the recipe instructed and the consistency was much too watery. Refrigerated it overnight and amazingly it thickened to perfection. Worth the wait, just make it for next day use and you don't have to change a thing.
