It would be a lot easier to just use fresh broccoli. Getting all the water out of frozen broccoli is tedious and hard to do. And if the broccoli is watery it will ruin your quiche.
We really enjoyed this. My fourteen month old liked it a lot too. I might try adding a pinch of nutmeg next time. I usually add this when I make a regular quiche and was missing the flavor in this one.
This is great recipe. I did make a few substitutions: I used egg beaters, replaces broccoli with spinach and added tomato. It is delicious!!
