Pretty tasty! I did double the spices it called for, and added some additional -- red pepper flakes, granulated garlic, and some oregeno. I agree that 7 hours was too long in my slow cooker, I think about 4 to 4-1/2 would suffice. Hubby wasn't sure about the recipe, but did taste it and admited it was better than he anticipated. I'll make again, probably adding some onions to it, as welll.
