I made this last night in the crockpot. Only change was I added about 1/2 cup of water and cooked on high 6 hours. Extremely juicy and tender. The family LOVED it!!
My wife cooked it for our family. It was great, and we had it with chees fries and the black-eyed peas/collard greens recipes. This was the easiest of the 3 for her and our kids ate the pork up!
This was fantastic. I added fresh rosemary as well as the other spices. It was very juicy and flavorful. I will definitely make this again.
