So easy, so delicious! My family loved it. I couldn't find a 2 lb. tenderloin, so I used 2 -1.5 tenderloins, increased the spices by another half, and cooked it for 35 minutes. Plenty for leftovers.
Great weeknight meal. Very quick and easy. I used dried thyme and oregano because I was in a hurry. Next time I will use fresh. Most certainly will make again.
Deliciious! But instead of cooking in the oven, I put it in a Slow Cooker and cooked for 6 hours on low.
