This simple quick recipe has become a favorite of mine. The chicken is moist and tasty and the rosemary adds a nice touch. I use fresh rosemary.
Absolutely delicious! I don't like parsley so I added green onions on the top and sprinkled on a little garlic powder as well. MMM mmm good! Definately going to keep this recipe.
Not only is it delicious, it is easy to prepare. While it bakes you can whip up your sides and dinner is ready. I used cutlets so it baked even faster. I served it with acorn squash and salad.
Delicious. I added Lawry's garlic pepper seasoning & omitted the parsley simply because I forgot to pick some up at the supermarket. It is probably the most moist chicken breasts I have ever made!! Don't over cook it. Use a well pre-heated oven.
