Very good, even without the sour cream and parsley. This is a great basic recipe that is highly customizable.
This was great! I'm a vegetarian so I just added a subsitute chicken to it instead. It turned out great!
So delicious, you do not need all the extra fat and calories of regular chicken salad, this recipe is a wonderful healthy alternative.
I LOVE this recipe. Hands down BEST WW recipe. However, I omit the mustard; it doesn't need it. I found it to create an odd taste.
Also, you only need about 1/2 cup to make a good-sized sandwich, so you can take off one point!
