I made this using rotisserie- flavored turkey tenderloin leftovers pulled apart in chunks. I guesstimated on the fresh lemon juice, and found it to be too tangy--next time I would measure accurately. In the end it was a but too tangy for me. I had dill pickles instead of gherkins, the latter of which would have added a needed sweetness. I little too creamy/wet also. Next time would reduce mayo and/or omit Greek yogurt. The hubs loved it though.
