I left out the sour cream and used Nayonaise which is a vegan product. I also used fresh dill instead of parsley. Time permitting, I bet a chopped green apple would also be good.
Super tasty and easy
I added dill and it was delish. I would also say, it was good with sour cream, but I could also do without and just add more mustard.
Very tasty and a nice change to the chicken salad I usually make. The sour cream gives it a welcome tang.
