this is good and fast recipe
Loved the Dijon mustard in it. It gave just a slight tangy taste along with the lemon. I didn't have any reduced-fat sour cream so I used no-fat plain yogurt and it turned out ok. Next time I'll try the sour cream to see if there is a difference.
Does anyone know how much is a serving? With mayo in it, it's probably 1/4 cup?
I like chicken salad normally but this is one of the best I've ever had...even with full fat mayo. Thanks Weight Watchers!
