This is a simply delicious meal. I tweeted the recipe to a less sodium version. Left out the feta (too salty and really don't need it!) I used a smaller can, 14oz -no salt added- diced tomatoes with basil & oregano. To make the tomatoes thicker I added no salt tomato paste & added mrs dash no salt garlic and herbs. YUM - this is on my favorites list :)
This was really good...even my husband liked it. I used more garlic and added some cruched red peppers. I will definitely make this again.
Good, but VERY soupy. I will partially drain the tomatoes next time I make this. Very easy to make.
This has become one of our favorite quick meals. Frozen shrimp, orzo in the pantry, basil from the garden, Feta for lots of bang.
