Good, but VERY soupy. I will partially drain the tomatoes next time I make this. Very easy to make.
This has become one of our favorite quick meals. Frozen shrimp, orzo in the pantry, basil from the garden, Feta for lots of bang.

Absolutely delicious. I used the diced tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic in them. Will definitely make again. I may try it with chicken rather than the shrimp next time.
