We love this recipe. I add a tablespoon of fish sauce and a tablespoon of rice wine vinegar with an additional tablespoon of soy sauce to oomph up the flavor a tad. And we add all kinds of veggies, bell pepper, sweet onion, cabbage, zucchini, broccoli. This is a tasty dish that is super easy to put together and the leftovers are divine. Throw a little sriracha and a spritz of lime on top! I gave the recipe 4 instead of 5 stars because I alter it to add some additional flavor.
