I'm seriously trying to figure out why this recipe went so wrong--
The batter ended up being a muffin consistency, not at all something I could "shape into a ball." I ended up making something more along the lines of dropped scones... they were flat and too soft, but still tasty. I added 1/3 cup chocolate chips, upping points to 4 points. Great with tea... if you want a soft, flat muffin.
