The dough didn't fend too well when I made it. It was very sticky. However, I did manage to get it flat into the pan and once it baked, it was deliciously light and crumbly. I made a few adjustments to the topping, but it turned out SO GOOD. Couple this up with light vanilla ice cream...and you have yourself some pretty awesome apple pie a la mode! Only one extra points plus for the scoop!
