Perfect Pancakes


  • 1½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup non-fat Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • Cooking spray
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup blueberries


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl, whisk together egg, Chobani and milk.
  2. Add yogurt mixture to flour mixture and use a wooden spoon to combine lightly.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat with cooking spray and pour about ¼ cup of batter onto pan for each pancake. Cook until edges set and bubbles appear on surface, about 2 minutes. Flip to brown other side.
  4. Transfer to a large plate and repeat with remaining batter. Serve with maple syrup and berries.
Serving Size: 2 pancakes, 1 tablespoon syrup and 1 tablespoon blueberries per serving
