 I can't remember my username/password/email address.

1. If you don't know your username, go to the login page and select "Forgot Username" and provide your e-mail address. Once entered, an email will be sent to you from noreply@weightwatchers.com.  

2. If you don't know your password, go to the login page and select "Forgot Password" and provide your Username. Once entered, a password reset email will be sent to you from noreply@weightwatchers.com. 

3. If you can't remember which e-mail address you signed up with, or you're not receiving your password reset email, please call Customer Service at 1.800.651.6000.

I still can't log in.

1. Make sure you're using the correct username/password combo and that there are no spaces before and after your username and password in the entry fields.

2. Passwords are case sensitive. Please use the correct case when entering your password.

3. If you're still having trouble, clear your browser cookies.

How can I follow the Weight Watchers program?

You can follow the program any way you want to, really. We’re here to give you as much or as little support as you need. You can go to meetings, follow the Plan online, or have your own personal coach. Whatever works best for you.

Meetings — Get guidance and motivation from a trained Leader who has been in your shoes and is dedicated to helping you lose weight, plus the support of members just like you. To find a location convenient for you, use our Meeting Finder. Worried about finding a good fit? You can change your meeting whenever you want to.

Before you get started, there are a few things to keep in mind. In order to follow the Weight Watchers program, you must:

1. Weigh at least 5 pounds more than the minimum weight for your height and weight, according to the Weight Watchers Healthy Weight Ranges.
2. Not be pregnant.
3. Not have an active medical diagnosis of bulimia nervosa.


Can I follow Weight Watchers if I'm on medication or breastfeeding? What about diabetes?

The Weight Watchers plan is designed to meet nutritional recommendations for healthy people. If you're taking medication or have a medical condition, you are strongly encouraged to take the plan to your physician or dietician for review. Modifications made by health professionals are your responsibility and should be taken very seriously.
Nursing moms: Weight Watchers provide a special weight-loss plan created specifically for the needs of nursing mothers. We strongly suggest you consult your physician before beginning any weight-loss plan while still breastfeeding.
Diabetes: If you have diabetes, take the Weight Watchers plan to your physician or dietician for review to make the necessary adjustments to meal patterns, food choices, and portioning. It's your responsibility to adhere to modifications made by your health care professional.


What payment options are there?

At this time we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal as forms of payment for subscription to our website. We are unable to process any other forms of payment. When you subscribe, we will automatically deduct payments at the end of each term until you cancel. If you are concerned about security, be aware that our website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the industry top standard encryption protocol to keep your credit card information secure. SSL sends your credit card information to our computer in an encrypted code, which only we can read.

If you buy Monthly Pass in the meeting room, your location may accept other forms of payment. However, in order to activate Monthly Pass online you will need a valid credit card. In addition, all future payments for Monthly Pass will automatically be deducted up to 15 days prior to the end of each subscription month until you contact us to cancel.

Keep in mind, Flexible Spending Account Debit Cards will not be processed through Weight Watchers. However, you may request a receipt for your weekly fees and submit the receipt to your insurance company.


Are insurance discounts accepted to join Weight Watchers?

Yes, we do! Whether or not you may apply an insurance discount to your Weight Watchers Meetings’ fee depends on the practice of your individual insurance company.


Can I cancel my subscription?

Cancel online

We’ll be really sorry to see you go, but if you’d like to cancel your subscription, you can do it here on weightwatchers.com, and it will be processed right away. This is the easiest and fastest way to cancel. 

Cancel via email or postal mail

You can also cancel your subscription by email or postal mail , but those methods may take up to two weeks to process. We recommend canceling here on weightwatchers.com; it’s the fastest and easiest way. Meetings + OnlinePlus and Meetings subscribers: We’re really sorry, but your Meeting room staff can’t cancel your subscription. Follow the instructions above to cancel.   


When is my next billing date?

A summary of your account can be found in Account Settings. This is where you will find your next billing date and the amount due. Please be aware that you will continue to be billed each month until you contact us to cancel.

Payments for Meetings + OnlinePlus (formerly Monthly Pass) will automatically be deducted , and we will continue to deduct payments up to 15 days prior to the end of each subscription month until you contact us to cancel.

1. Click the Profile icon at the top of the My Day dashboard. Scroll down to Settings, then click on Account. For your protection, you must log in again to access your Settings because it contains personal information associated with your account.

2. Click the account status link in the payment and account type box.

3. You will find a detailed profile of your subscription status with weightwatchers.com towards the bottom of the page.

Weight Watchers OnlinePlus and Meetings subscribers may change their payment plan for the next payment period at any time before the next billing date. You will be required to manually change your price plan after each billing if you want to maintain a 3-month billing cycle.


Will my account be automatically billed?

A subscription to our site is much like other sites, in that your subscription will automatically be renewed and billed each month until you contact us to cancel.


What is a Lifetime Member?

Lifetime membership is a valuable benefit for members who reach and maintain a weight goal that falls within the parameters of the Healthy Weight Ranges. (Note that this goal might be different from your own personal weight goal.) You’ll receive a Lifetime Membership Recognition Award, along with a complimentary subscription to our digital tools and unlimited meetings, as long as you stay within 2 lbs of your Lifetime weight goal. Did we mention it’s all FREE? (For meetings members only. Restrictions apply.)


What are the guidelines for remaining a Lifetime member?

Lifetime Members must weigh in at their first meeting of every month. If you weigh more than 2 lbs more than your weight goal at the first weigh-in of the month, you will be charged the weekly fee until you are back within your 2 lb (+/-) goal range, but you won't have to pay another registration fee.


Once I'm a Lifetime member, do I have to pay meetings fees?

As a Lifetime Member, you don't have to pay for any missed meetings unless you haven't weighed in within a 1-month period or are 2 lbs above your goal weight.


If I gain weight back, do I lose my Lifetime Member status?

Once a Lifetime Member, always a Lifetime Member! However, in order to attend meetings and access free eTools again, you will have to be within 2 pounds of your goal weight.


How can I activate my Monthly Pass subscription if I purchased it in the meeting room?

You will need to enter the access code from your Starter Voucher to complete your sign up on our website. Either a valid credit card or PayPal account are necessary to complete signup. You will be charged each month at our monthly rate until you cancel, so there's no need to make a payment when you attend a meeting. You may be charged up to 15 days prior to the end date printed on your Monthly Pass card.

To complete the sign up process for Monthly Pass, you need to go to our website within 7 days of purchase and enter the Access Code printed on your Monthly Pass Starter Voucher. This will also enable you to print out your Monthly Pass Temporary Card, which you will need to show at any participating meeting until your first Monthly Pass card arrives in the mail.

Please note that you will be required to pay for the next meeting you attend if you do not complete the Monthly Pass sign up process on our website and show your temporary card. Remember, the sooner you complete your sign up for Monthly Pass, the sooner you can start using Weight Watchers eTools.


When I enter the access code on my Starter Voucher it says it's invalid. What's wrong?

Access codes may only be used once. After the first use, accessing eTools requires the user name and password you selected during sign up. If you're certain that your access code has not been used before, please verify that you are:

Entering the code in the correct boxes and you are entering all the digits exactly as they are written on the voucher. Do not include any additional characters like spaces or hyphens.

Using a Monthly Pass access code and that you are on the correct signup page. The access code will not work if you are using it for the Weight Watchers eTools or Weight Watchers OnlinePlus sign up processes. If this does not help, please contact Customer Service and provide the access code exactly as it is written on your Monthly Pass Starter Voucher so that we may assist you.


I purchased Monthly Pass in the Meeting room and can’t find my Starter Voucher. What should I do?

You can send one or more of the following items as proof of purchase:

A copy of your purchase receipt
A copy of your credit card statement showing the charge
A copy of your membership book showing you have purchased Monthly Pass

Customer Service will contact you by e-mail or phone with a new Access Code so that you can complete your sign up for Monthly Pass. In the meantime, you will need to pay the regular weekly fee in order to attend meetings.

Can I switch my payment plan to Meetings + OnlinePlus (formerly known as Monthly Pass) without losing money?

Yes! To switch to your account:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on the Profile icon with your initials on the upper right hand corner of the My Day Dashboard. Select Settings then click Profile.

3. Click Account Status. Select "Switch payment plan to Monthly Pass."

If you purchased Meetings + OnlinePlus in your Meeting, use the access code from your Starter Voucher to complete the switch online. You'll receive a refund for the current month (and any future ones) of your existing account. You'll also get a confirmation email. There may be a one-week delay before you see your refund appear on your account.
