WW chocolate confetti cupcakes
These cupcakes are a fabulous finish to an intimate birthday celebration for two (or multiply the recipe to serve more people). We used round confetti sprinkles but you can swap in your favorite shape or color. Switch things up with light chocolate whipped topping, too.
WW Chocolate Cake Mix

Light whipped topping
1 Tbsp, confetti variety
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat 2 holes of a nonstick standard muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray (or use cupcake liners).
- In a small bowl, whisk together cake mix, egg, water, and oil into a smooth batter. Evenly divide batter among prepared muffin holes. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean, 12 to 14 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Top each cooled cupcake with 1 1/2 tbsp whipped topping and 1/2 tbsp confetti sprinkles.
