- 1 large whole wheat tortilla(s), (10 inch)
- 1 Tbsp apricot preserves
- 4 slice(s) deli style low sodium turkey breast
- 1/3 medium Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
- 1 stick(s) Weight Watchers Reduced fat mild cheddar cheese sticks
Spread preserves on half of tortilla.
Top preserves with turkey slices, then layer on apple slices, followed by Weight Watchers Cheddar Cheese Stick. Fold tortilla over filling.
Heat nonstick skillet over medium high heat and spray with pan spray. Cook quesadilla on both sides until crispy and cheese is melted. Cut into 6 wedges and enjoy!
