Scoop up this spicy turkey-bean salsa with the chips and enjoy the cheese on the side. Or chop the cheese and stir it into the hot salsa to make it creamy.   1. Warm oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook onions and garlic in oil, stirring often, until onions are translucent.
  2. Add turkey; sauté until cooked through.
  3. Add tomato puree, white beans, parsley, and salt; cook, stirring a few times, until heated through.
  4. Serve warm with cheese and chips.
