Turkey and white bean salsa
Extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup(s), chopped, yellow, diced
Uncooked 93% lean ground turkey
Canned tomato puree
Canned white beans
¼ cup(s), or 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
¼ tsp, or to taste
WW Light part-skim mozzarella jalapeño string cheese
- Warm oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook onions and garlic in oil, stirring often, until onions are translucent.
- Add turkey; sauté until cooked through.
- Add tomato puree, white beans, parsley, and salt; cook, stirring a few times, until heated through.
- Serve warm with cheese and chips.
- Makes 2 servings.
