Ingredients

uncooked tuna

1 pound(s), skinless tuna steak; cut into chunks

cilantro

2 Tbsp, fresh; finely chopped

ginger root

1 Tbsp, grated; fresh

lemon grass

1 Tbsp, very finely chopped

garlic clove(s)

2 medium clove(s), finely chopped

fish sauce

2 tsp, Asian

reduced calorie mayonnaise

1 Tbsp

sriracha chili sauce

¼ tsp, or to taste

light hamburger roll(s) or bun(s)

4 item(s), toasted

Instructions

  1. Place tuna in food processor and pulse just until finely chopped, 4 to 5 times. Combine tuna, cilantro, ginger, lemon grass, garlic, and fish sauce in large bowl; divide mixture into 4 equal balls and then gently press each one into a patty about 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl.
  3. Coat ridged grill pan with nonstick spray and place over medium-high heat. Cook burgers instill just pink in the center, about 3 minutes per side. Spread buns with mayonnaise and place a burger inside each.
  4. Serving size: 1 burger
