- 1/2 cup(s) fresh orange juice
- 1/4 cup(s) honey
- 2 tsp mint leaves, chopped
- 2 cup(s), diced cantaloupe, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup(s) fresh blueberries
- 1 cup(s) strawberries, halved
Combine first three ingredients. Combine cantaloupe, blueberries and strawberries in a bowl. Pour orange juice mixture over fruit; toss gently. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
