Spanish-Style Smoky Roasted Potatoes
1½ pound(s), small size, fingerling variety, halved lengthwise
1 small clove(s), minced
½ tsp, smoked variety, or to taste
- Preheat oven to 450°F degrees. Line large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.
- Toss together potatoes, oil, and salt in medium bowl; spread on prepared baking sheet in single layer. Roast, stirring half-way through roasting time, until tender on inside and crispy on outside, about 35 minutes. Transfer potatoes to serving platter; sprinkle with garlic and paprika. Toss until coated.
