Spaghetti Carbonara (Everyday Delicious)
Uncooked whole-wheat spaghetti
3 slice(s), cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium clove(s), minced
Grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp, freshly ground
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in large nonstick skillet over medium heat until crisp. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, 30 seconds.
- Whisk together egg and egg white in small bowl.
- Add spaghetti to skillet and toss well to combine. Remove skillet from heat. Add eggs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper and toss to coat. Serve at once.
