Flatout Rustic white Artisan thin pizza crust

1 flatbread(s)

smoked salmon

4 oz

plain fat free Greek yogurt

¾ cup(s)

chives

2 Tbsp, chopped

cucumber(s)

½ cup(s), diced

fresh cherry tomato(es)

½ cup(s), diced

uncooked red onion(s)

¼ cup(s), chopped, finely chopped

lemon(s)

½ item(s), cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350. Bake the flatbread on a baking sheet for 6 minutes, until crispy. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the onion, tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Next, mix the chives into the yogurt. Spread the yogurt mixture onto the cool flatbread, then arrange the smoked salmon over the yogurt and scatter the vegetables over everything.
  4. Cut into pieces and serve immediately.
