This super simple meal mirrors the delicious flavors of traditional lox and bagels but in a pizza form. In under 20 minutes this fantastic combination of toppings is arranged on the crispy flatbread for a solo dinner sensation. Invite a friend and make 2 without adding more prep time. The smokey silky salmon on top of the yogurt sauce gets great crunch from the cucumber and onions, and a beautiful color boost from the tomatoes. Eat this pizza as lunch al fresco on a warm summer day.
