2 medium, ripe, peeled and sliced

Fresh raspberries

12 oz, fresh or 2 3/4 cups frozen unsweetened raspberries

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Skim milk

Honey

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches, raspberries, yogurt, milk, honey, and ice cubes in blender and puree. Pour into 4 glasses and serve.
  2. Per serving: scant 1 cup

Notes

Instead of peaches, you can use nectarines and try blackberries or blueberries instead of raspberries.
