Quick Beef with Greek Yogurt Sauce (Family Meals)
Uncooked 93% lean ground beef

Plain lowfat Greek yogurt
½ cup(s), sliced, (1/4-inch), diced
Fresh mint leaves

- Heat oil in large heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef, garlic, cumin, ½ teaspoon of salt, and 1⁄8 teaspoon of pepper; cook, stirring, until beef is browned, about 4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, to make sauce, stir together yogurt, cucumber, and remaining ¼ teaspoon salt and 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper in small bowl.
- Divide beef evenly among 4 plates; top evenly with yogurt sauce and sprinkle with mint.
- Per serving: 1 cup beef and 1/4 cup yogurt sauce.
