Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet; bake for 2 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with mozzarella. Layer with pears and Canadian bacon; sprinkle with gorgonzola and spinach.
