All you have to do for this easy pizza recipe is pile on some mozzarella cheese, pear slices, bacon slices, crumbled gorgonzola cheese, and fresh spinach on store-bought flatbread. It's also very versatile, as you can substitute apples for the bears, prosciutto for the bacon, feta or goat cheese for the gorgonzola, or kale for the spinach. You have to warm up the flatbread in the oven first, but then the pizza finishes off in just 4–5 minutes until all the ingredients are heated through and the cheese is slightly melted. It's the perfect, quick dinner for one, but is also easily scaled up if you want to serve it as a snack or appetizer for a crowd.
