Individual dips are perfect to serve at a party. They provide automatic portion control and nobody has to be concerned with double dipping. Serve these no-cook, easy dip cups with baked pita chips or a colorful assortment of fresh vegetables. They're quick to assemble once you have all your ingredients prepared and ready to go. Just line everything up and start spooning away. And if you’re making them for a party, you can make them up to one day ahead. Customize these to your liking, using refried beans in place of black beans, adding in some sliced black olives or a dollop of guacamole, or brown the corn in the skillet for another layer for flavor.

Ingredients

Canned black beans

15 oz, drained, rinsed, and mashed

Garlic salt

½ tsp

Hot sauce

Tbsp

WW Reduced-fat whipped cream cheese spread

Weight Watchers Reduced fat Mexican style shredded cheese

Frozen corn kernels

Uncooked scallion(s)

Reduced fat ranch dressing

2 Tbsp, chopped, fresh

Instructions

  1. Combine black beans, garlic salt, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  2. Arrange other ingredients in small individual bowls.
  3. Line up eight 9 oz cups or glasses; fill each with with 2 Tbsp beans, 2 Tbsp cream cheese, 2 Tbsp shredded cheese, 2 Tbsp pepper, 2 Tbsp corn, and 1 Tbsp scallions.
  4. Drizzle each cup with 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing and garnish with fresh dill.
  5. Serving size: 1 dip cup
