Individual dips are perfect to serve at a party – they provide automatic portion control and guests can double dip with abandon! These Mini Ranch dips deliciously combine WW Onion and Chive Cream Cheese and Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese in 7 delicious layers.

Ingredients

canned black beans

15 oz, drained, rinsed, and mashed

garlic salt

½ tsp

hot sauce

WeightWatchers Reduced fat chive and onion whipped cream cheese spread

16 Tbsp

WeightWatchers Reduced fat Mexican style blend shredded cheese

sweet red pepper(s)

1 cup(s), chopped

frozen corn kernels

1 cup(s), defrosted

uncooked scallion(s)

½ cup(s), chopped

reduced fat ranch dressing

dill

2 Tbsp, chopped, fresh

Instructions

  1. Combine black beans, garlic salt, and hot sauce in a small bowl.
  2. Arrange other ingredients in individual bowls.
  3. Line up eight 9 oz. cups or glasses and layer 2 Tbsp. beans, 2 Tbsp. cream cheese, 2 Tbsp. Mexican Shredded Cheese Blend, 2 Tbsp. pepper, 2 Tbsp. corn, and 1 Tbsp. scallions.
  4. Drizzle each with 1 tsp. ranch dressing and garnish with fresh dill.

Notes
