Fresh and flavorful, this fruity salsa goes wonderfully with Latin-inspired chicken or fish kebabs.
- 1 1/2 medium avocado, or 1 large, Hass variety, pitted, peeled, and diced
- 1 large mango(es), pitted, peeled and diced
- 1 large fresh tomato(es), beefsteak variety, diced
- 2 Tbsp, chopped uncooked red onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp cilantro, chopped, or to taste
- 1 pinch table salt
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; let sit for 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Serving size: 1/4 cup
- Seed tomato, if desired.
