Serve this frozen berry cocktail at your next happy hour. The ingredients are easily multiplied to make enough drinks for a small gathering.

Ingredients

Unsweetened frozen strawberries

1 cup(s)

Rosé wine

8 fl oz

Agave nectar

1 Tbsp

Ice cube

1 cup(s)

Fresh mint leaves

10 item(s), plus more for garnish, if desired

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, rosé, agave, and mint. Pulse until puréed. Add the ice and process until smooth. Divide into 2 glasses, garnish with the mint, and serve immediately.
  2. Serving size: 1 cocktail
