Grilled Vegetable Kebabs (Family Meals)

Uncooked bell pepper(s)
2 item(s), medium, green variety, each cut into 8 pieces
- Preheat grill to high or prepare hot fire.
- Mix together parsley, garlic, oil, salt, and black pepper in medium bowl. Add bell peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms and toss until coated evenly. Thread vegetables onto 4 long metal skewers, dividing evenly.
- Place skewers on grill rack and grill, turning kebabs occasionally, until vegetables are tender and lightly charred, about 10 minutes.
