6 inch flour tortilla
Uncooked Canadian bacon
3 slice(s), cut into strips
3 Tbsp, diced
Shredded fat free mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp, or flakes
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place tortilla on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F just until lightly crisp, about 4 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Top with mozzarella cheese, then arrange the Canadian bacon over the cheese, following with the pineapple, then the parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for four minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chili flakes if desired , and cut into slices.
