Ingredients

6 inch flour tortilla

Uncooked Canadian bacon

3 slice(s), cut into strips

Pineapple

3 Tbsp, diced

Shredded fat free mozzarella cheese

¼ cup(s)

Grated Parmesan cheese

2 Tbsp

Chili powder

1 tsp, or flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place tortilla on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F just until lightly crisp, about 4 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  3. Top with mozzarella cheese, then arrange the Canadian bacon over the cheese, following with the pineapple, then the parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake at 375°F for four minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chili flakes if desired , and cut into slices.
