Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats

Plain unsweetened almond milk (vitamin and mineral fortified)

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

Ground cinnamon

Walnuts (unsalted, dry roasted or raw, no sugar added)

Instructions

In a jar or small bowl, stir together the oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, monkfruit, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days.
