Plain lowfat Greek yogurt

Store-bought hummus

Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast(s)

2 cup(s), chopped, shredded

Uncooked celery

½ cup(s), chopped

Almonds

¼ cup(s), sliced, sliced

Dried cranberries

¼ cup(s)

Mixed greens

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, hummus, chicken, celery, almonds and cranberries. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  2. Add greens to one side of each of the four Sandwich Thins® Rolls and top with ¼ of the mixture on each. Cover with the other half of the roll.
