Cranberry almond chicken salad sammie
Plain lowfat Greek yogurt
Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast(s)
2 cup(s), chopped, shredded
½ cup(s), chopped
¼ cup(s), sliced, sliced
- In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, hummus, chicken, celery, almonds and cranberries. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Add greens to one side of each of the four Sandwich Thins® Rolls and top with ¼ of the mixture on each. Cover with the other half of the roll.
