Ingredients

Unsweetened refrigerated coconut milk beverage

33½ fl oz, chilled

Persian (mini) cucumber

1 item(s), thinly sliced on diagonal

Fresh lime(s)

1 medium, juice of 1 lime

Nectar (any type)

1 Tbsp, light agave nectar

Ginger root

1 Tbsp, grated freshly peeled or refrigerated ginger paste

Instructions

  1. Pour coconut water into large pitcher. Add cucumber, lime juice agave, and ginger, stirring until mixed well.
  2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 1 day. Pour into 4 ice-filled glasses.
  3. Per serving: 1 cup without ice
