Use any fresh fruit you have on hand that can easily be skewered.
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter & Co. Chocolate powdered peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp water, cold
- 2 Tbsp fat free whipped topping
- 1/2 small fresh apple(s), cut into chunks
- 1 small banana(s), cut into chunks
- 8 medium strawberries, halved
Combine chocolate powdered peanut butter and water until smooth; gently stir in whipped topping. Thread fruit across small kabobs and enjoy with dip.
Serving size: 2 Tbsp dip with as much fruit as you like
