- 1 1/2 Tbsp low fat balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing, divided
- 1 small peach(es), sliced
- 2 medium fresh fig(s), sliced
- 3 oz cooked skinless boneless chicken breast(s), sliced
- 1 Tbsp ricotta salata cheese, crumbled, or feta cheese
- 4 leaf/leaves basil, or mint leaves, torn
Toss mixed greens with 1 ½ tsp dressing; top with remaining ingredients and drizzle with remaining 1 Tbsp dressing.
