Cheesy Buffalo dip
In 10 minutes or less, you can have yourself a rich, creamy dip that incorporates all the zesty tang you love about spicy buffalo wings. It’s a perfect game-day appetizer or a snack any day: it only requires 5 ingredients and you can make it ahead and store in the refrigerator until you’re ready to serve. For the traditional buffalo flavor experience, serve with the usual suspects like carrot and celery sticks or branch out and include other fresh veggies like grape tomatoes or cucumber slices as dippers. If you prefer blue cheese dressing use it in the place of the ranch.
Light mozzarella string cheese
4 stick(s), diced
Reduced fat whipped cream cheese
Reduced fat ranch dressing
Fat free skim milk
⅔ Tbsp, such as Frank's® RedHot®
- Combine diced cheese sticks, cream cheese, ranch dressing, milk, and hot sauce in a microwave-safe medium-sized bowl. Stir to combine.
- Microwave on high 1 minute, stir, and return to cook 1-2 minutes more or until melted and bubbling. Let cool slightly and serve with assorted fresh vegetables for dipping.
- Serving size: about 1/4 cup dip
