Berry Hand Pie

fresh raspberries½ cup(s)
strawberries¼ cup(s), raw, sliced
Flatout Flatbread Light original flatbread1 item(s)
powdered sugar1 tsp
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Place berries in a medium bowl; gently mix in sugar and cornstarch until fruit is well coated.
- Spoon fruit mixture in center of flatbread; fold in half. Brush egg wash onto flatbread edges. Press down firmly with fingertips to seal.
- Place hand pie on a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven. Dust with powdered sugar; slice in half, and serve immediately.
