This gorgeous, easy recipe is perfect for a hearty after-school snack or after-dinner treat. Thin slices of tart Granny Smith apple are drizzled with two tasty sauces: one made from chocolate-flavored powdered peanut butter, and the other from honey-sweetened Greek yogurt. A finishing touch of mini chocolate chips add just the right amount of rich chocolate goodness. If you’d like a sweeter overall effect, go for a Honeycrisp or Gala apple in place of the Granny Smith. No need to treat the apple with acidulated water; these nachos will be gobbled up quickly, before the apple can brown.
