One taste and you'll know why the ancient Greeks called ambrosia "the food of the gods" - it's divine!

Ingredients

flour tortilla(s)

4 medium

reduced-fat sour cream

¼ Tbsp

grapefruit(s)

1 small, seeded and sectioned

fresh apple(s)

2 medium, cored and cubed

orange(s)

1 medium, sectioned

banana(s)

½ large, sliced

sugar

2 tsp

fresh lemon juice

1 tsp

shredded coconut meat

2 Tbsp

chopped walnuts

1 oz, toasted

Instructions

  1. Soften tortillas according to package directions. Spread sour cream over tortillas.
  2. In a large bowl, combine grapefruit, apples, orange, banana, sugar and lemon juice. Place fruit on sour cream; sprinkle with coconut and walnuts. Cut tortillas into quarters and roll into cornucopias.
