Veggie Chili with Cornbread

low fat cheddar or colby cheese
2 oz, shredded
cornbread prepared with fat free milk
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add vegetables and season to taste. Sauté until tender. Prepare chili as per package directions. Top with cheese. Serve over bulgur with vegetables. Enjoy with cornbread.
