Notes
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place broccoli and pepper down center of tortilla. Season to taste. Roll tortilla and place seam-side down on a baking sheet. Top with salsa, cheese and yogurt and bake until crispy. Serve with beans and side salad tossed with oil and vinegar.
