Notes

Combine soy sauce, cornstarch and pork in a bowl. Season to taste with crushed red pepper flakes and marinate. Heat a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add pork and sauté until almost done. Remove pork and set aside. Add pea pods, pepper, nuts and ginger, stir to combine. Sauté until slightly softened. Add pork back to pan and sauté until cooked through. Serve with rice.
