About the Presenter

Thea Runyan, MPH, is the co-founder of Kurbo. Ms. Runyan is also the Lead Behavior Coach for Stanford’s Pediatric Weight Control Program, where she trains physicians, dieticians, health coaches, and other health professionals on best practices in health coaching and behavior modification to help children, teens, and parents adopt healthier habits and manage their weight. This webinar will provide tools and takeaways to parents and caregivers, with examples from Ms. Runyan’s professional and personal experience.
