Please arrive 30 minutes earlier than times listed for weigh in and check in times Most workshops are open. If a listing is closed it will clearly state it. Otherwise, each listing is open.

If you are not feeling well, please stay home for yourself and others.
Based on local requirements or the CDC’s recommendations for this area, you may be asked to wear a mask during the Workshop. Disposable masks and hand sanitizer are available at all our Studio locations.
Members are required to wear footwear when weighing in.
We've installed sanitation stations in our Wellness Check-in area, and we're cleaning frequently with a focus on high-touch areas.
Depending on how many members are inside the Studio, you may be asked to take a seat and wait so that we can maintain social distance.
We currently accept credit cards (no cash or checks) as payment options during the checkout process.
