How do I make a reservation?
Lorraine Travel has partnered with WW Cruise to support your booking needs. All bookings for this group must be made through Lorraine Travel. You can contact them directly by phone 844-448-9564 (U.S. only) or 1+305-443-0563 outside the U.S. You may also book your WW Cruise online here.
Can a spouse/friend/family member not on WW come on the cruise also? Do they pay the same rate as a WW member?
Yes; everyone is welcomed and the more the merrier! Rates do not vary based on whether you are a WW member.
What is included in the cruise fare?
The WW Cruise fare includes shipboard accommodations and ocean transportation; our WW program, meals, water and tea served with meals, and exclusive socials; port charges; and the ship’s entertainment and amenities, including the gym, salt water pools, and sports facilities.
What’s not included in the cruise fare?
Besides government fees, tips for your meals and room steward, and a possible fuel surcharge, which are explained on the Pricing page, the following are not included: use of spa treatments and facilities; salon services; wine, liquor, and other beverages (except the water, tea, and coffee served with meals and the complimentary beverages served at our evening socials); and shore excursions offered by MSC Cruises and WW Cruise.
What if I need a roommate?
If you would like to find a roommate, it may be possible through Lorraine Travel’s CabinMate platform.
To enroll in CabinMate for March 2019, click here. To enroll in CabinMate for July 2019, click here. Then follow the instructions for registration. You can begin searching for a compatible roommate immediately. Profile information submitted on mycabinmate.com will be public to other users of the site. Do not include information in your profile you wish to keep private.

What if I’m physically disabled?
MSC Cruise ships are ADA friendly. There are a limited number of handicapped-equipped cabins available for full time wheelchair users and should be requested at time of booking. Check with our reservations department for availability.
If you require a wheelchair for embarkation and disembarkation only, this should be requested 30 days prior to departure. You may bring your own wheelchair or electric scooter on board. Electric scooters and batteries must be stored and charged in your stateroom. Rental of wheelchairs, motorized scooters, or other equipment for use on board must be booked through Special Needs at Sea, a third-party equipment provider. A $500 deposit per guest is required upon booking. Final payment for the March 2019 sail is due Tuesday, November 26, 2018. After November 26, 2018 all bookings require payment in full. Final payment for the July 2019 sail is due Sunday, April 7, 2019. After April 7, 2019 all bookings require payment in full.
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted for deposits. Payment schedule is subject to change. Any changes to published rates will only affect new bookings.
No-shows do not get back government fees and prepaid tips. Reservation must be canceled 48 hours prior to cruise. Our full cancellation policy can be viewed here.
How do I web check-in and when do I need to check-in by?
Online check-in on the MSC Cruises website may be completed anytime up to 72 hours (3 days) before the actual sailing date. You will need your Booking Number to complete web check-in. Lorraine Travel will provide further details via email as we get closer to the sailing date. They can be reached by phone at 844-448-9564 (U.S. only) or 305-443-0563. When will I receive my tickets?
E-Tickets are available approximately 20 days prior to sail. Once you complete the web check-in you’ll be able to access your e-Ticket. Luggage tags will be part of your e-Ticket. Your e-Tickets, along with your luggage tags, will be emailed to the email address provided. Please print both for boarding. Be sure to notify Lorraine Travel if your email address has changed.
If you do not have an email address, tickets will be printed and mailed to you 2-3 weeks before the cruise.
