You'll find what moves you. When you enjoy what you're doing, making physical activity part of every day will come naturally. Get ready to feel stronger, more powerful, and proud of what your body can do. 

You'll be part of a community. Our Coaches are here for you  24/7 to help, inform, and encourage. Even better, you'll be cheered on by fellow members either in real life or online.

If you are not focused on weight loss...

Your SmartPoints Budget is designed to maintain your current weight—so make a point to use it all! To ensure that your Budget is on target, it’s good to weigh yourself once a week (and at minimum, once a month).

If there are any changes to your weight, you should adjust your Daily SmartPoints Budget in the app:

If you lose one pound (or more) during the week, add 3 SmartPoints to your Daily Budget.

If you gain one pound (or more) over a week, subtract 3 SmartPoints.

How to adjust your SmartPoints Budget

  • Go to Profile (in the upper right corner of My Day

  • Tap Settings (the gear icon)

  • Go to Food Settings and tap on Daily Target

Once your weight has been steady for four weeks, you’ve likely found the sweet spot—the place where your SmartPoints Budget will maintain your weight while you continue developing healthy habits.
