WW FreestyleTM’s Secret Weapon: Eggs

Among all the exciting changes that came with the WW Freestyle™ program, the one that tickles me the most is that eggs are now a zero Points® food. My favorite way to eat them is also the simplest: hard-boiled. I use my Instant Pot pressure cooker to make a dozen at a time, putting the eggs on a trivet with one cup of water underneath, and using the formula 5-5-5 (five minutes high pressure, five minutes natural release, five minutes in an ice bath). The shells slip right off. I’ve boiled hundreds of dozens of eggs in my life, and it’s never been as easy as this. I keep them in the fridge to grab as needed. That zero Points boost of protein will get me through to my next nourishment.

BREAKFAST
