Vietnamese Pho Soba Noodle Bowl

4 cups beef broth
1 star anise
3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
¼ cup NAKANO® Roasted Garlic Seasoned Rice Vinegar
8 oz. soba noodles, uncooked
2 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced, lean and trimmed
1 cup bean sprouts
¼ cup mint leaves
¼ cup fresh cilantro
2 scallions, sliced
1 lime, cut in 8 pieces
1 red jalapeño, sliced




Combine broth, star anise, cloves, cinnamon, NAKANO® Roasted Garlic Seasoned Rice Vinegar and bring to simmer for 15 minutes. Add soba noodles and cook for 5 minutes. Add beef and cook for 1 minute. Divide between 10 bowls. Garnish with bean sprouts, mint, cilantro, scallions, lime and red jalapeño.
