Ingredients

  • 3 oz deli style low sodium turkey breast
  • 1 slice(s) fresh tomato(es)
  • 1/4 cup(s) cucumber(s)
  • 1 item(s) thin sandwich bread (thin, whole wheat, toasted)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 cup(s) fresh spinach (baby variety)
  • 1/3 cup(s) green pepper(s) or orange pepper (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup(s) fresh mushroom(s) (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup(s) (sliced) fresh radish(es)
  • 2 Tbsp reduced-calorie blue cheese dressing

Instructions
Sandwich turkey, tomato and cucumber between the bread spread with mustard. Enjoy with spinach, pepper, mushroom and radish tossed with dressing.
